Assisted Suicide at The CUT Cinema

Assisted Suicide

19 mins | Rated TBC

Kristen’s suicide is hindered when her friend Nancy decides to help her.

The Cremer Bothers (Herb & Joe) are writers/directors from Northern NJ. They are co-owners of JoeBert Entertainment. The brothers produce their own no-budget films, occasionally producing films for their silent partner Grace Soriano and co-producing films with their unofficial partners at Outtake Productions.

They’ve wanted to make films since they were very young and finally achieved that goal in late 2015 when they shot their first short film, “Keep It in the Dark”. Since then they’ve gone on to produce six of their own short films and one of their features. Additionally they’ve co-produced two short films with Outtake Productions and produced three of Grace Soriano’s films.

While the Cremer Brothers are writers/directors they have produced all of their films. Each of their productions are self-funded through construction jobs. The productions are shot on a micro-budget and done with a minimal crew out of necessity. They own all of their own equipment, avoiding any need to rent.

They are currently co-producing a web series with Outtake Productions and have several short films in pre-production. Additionally they have multiple feature length screenplays written. Their goal is simply to make great films that people enjoy and hopefully be able to make a living off of it.
